In Scales, Theory and Improv with Woody Quinn you'll learn scales like - Major, Minor, Mixolydian, Altered Pentatonics, Diminished, Melodic Minor, Harmonic Minor and many more not to mention all the notes on the neck of your guitar. Most importantly you'll learn to apply these scales to songs in a fun way. Each week will cover one or two new scales and how to use them in the context of relevant songs. This class is for guitarist who have completed Intermediate Beginner or who are otherwise familiar with basic open and barre chords and basic strums.
